SaiJai Tech joined a cross-sector learning network focused on turning innovation into practical solutions for resilient and sustainable cities.

On July 1, 2026, an executive from SaiJai Tech Co., Ltd. attended the opening and first learning activities of the inaugural “City Innovation Alliance (CIA)” program at the Grande Centre Point Surawong Bangkok.

The program is organized by NIA Academy under Thailand’s National Innovation Agency (Public Organization). It is designed to develop city leaders and innovators while building collaboration among representatives from government, business, academia, civil society, and organizations involved in urban development.

The first day included the program opening, orientation, and preparation for the learning journey ahead. The program runs every Wednesday from July 1 to August 26, 2026, at the Grande Centre Point Surawong Bangkok.

CIA is built around the concept of an “Innovative & Resilient City.” Rather than viewing urban innovation as the adoption of technology alone, the program focuses on designing city systems that can anticipate change, manage disruption, recover from crises, create economic opportunities, and improve residents’ quality of life.

Its learning framework covers three core areas: Risk Management, Foresight, and Resilience Readiness. Innovation, technology, and policy mechanisms are used to connect these areas and turn ideas into practical action.

Participants explore the urban development process from understanding local systems and challenges to analyzing future risks, designing responses, developing prototypes, and preparing implementation plans suited to different locations.

Innovation can benefit communities in many areas, including disaster and environmental management, mobility, energy use, infrastructure maintenance, and access to public services. When data and technology are applied appropriately, local organizations can better understand conditions, plan more effectively, and respond more quickly to residents’ needs.

SaiJai Tech’s participation provides an opportunity to connect the company’s experience in artificial intelligence, AIoT, monitoring systems, and intelligent infrastructure with broader approaches to urban development. It also enables the exchange of perspectives with city innovators from multiple sectors.

Knowledge and partnerships developed through the program will support SaiJai Tech’s efforts to create technology solutions that reflect local contexts, improve resource efficiency, strengthen risk management, and help cities and communities prepare for future change.
